FIT IN DEN MORGEN
GRUNDREZEPT FÜR 25 FRÜHSTÜCKSKEKSE
- 2 bananas (the riper the better)
- 150 g whole grain oat flakes
Preheat the oven (175° fan oven or 185° top/bottom heat)
Mash the bananas finely with a fork or puree them with a blender.
Stir in the oat flakes with a fork until a solid mixture forms.
Using a teaspoon, form equal-sized balls in your hand, spread them on the baking tray and carefully flatten them with a fork.
Baking time approx. 12 to max. 15 minutes.
TIP: They are best fresh! Also ideal for on the go.
